This is an excellent law. Everyone knows prostitutes are dangerous and violent and are well known to force their services onto honest God fearing members of the public. I am however, still concerned about biting. Ring gags or teeth removal should also be recommended along with any other suitable oral modification... To protect the public.
Hmm? It be truly difficult I imagine, however perhaps not entirely impossible depending on occupation. I'm sure they could receive assistance for that as well.
