Thank you for your always great work. Doctor, light breasts are fine, but how about "heavy" breasts? I would suggest putting mercury in place of saline or gas. It is very heavy and can cope with temperature-induced expansion. I'm sure light-headed women will love it because the mercury looks so gorgeous. It can also be recommended for athletes who need the stability of huge breasts.
Mercury is way too poisonous to be considered implant material. I of course get the beauty of filling them with liquid metal, but it's not feasible. Soft breast tissue simply cannot hold such heavy, dense implants.
