Originally, I planned these implants to be saline implants with an inner, gas-filled implant swimming inside. Would be more safe, but less fun. But this way, one might even hear the water slosh when her boobs wobble...
About the glasses, well, I thought it makes her practiced vocation a little more of a surprise... because her boobs don't.
